Loving the classes because they are emotionally supportive, athletically challenging, and the choices of classes/times are very convenient.
I just love it, still getting used to it, but from this experience I would a 100% recomend it. I would say it would be nice to be more flexible when it comes to monthly full access like when and if you are traveling etc. Staff is amazing and knowledgeable, love the energy and they are very friendly, it is very clean, and I love that. Especially you are barefoot and surrounded with a lot of people.
Studio space is so homey and love the community!

I love this studio! Super friendly staff and the manager, Natalee is awesome. The restorative classes are my favorite but sculpt and C2 are great too.

pretty balanced classes (many classes overstretch hamstrings and under stretch front of body - I feel some go to down dog constantly because they don’t know how else to transition).
Very friendly and professional staff, the class was awesome. The studio brings everything you could possibly need including shower stuff. I really loved it ❤️

I love CorePower in general, I mostly attend coresculpt and strength classes, not the yoga classes. I don’t care for the 45min classes, I don’t understand why that was necessary and it’s way too short between the stretching, gentle yoga start and savassana. Emma and Jessica at the UWS studio for sore sculpt are all amazing, please encourage the teachers to change up the routine. And we need the weights to be upgraded, most are tipped on the sides and loose on the handles.
