I went to a power sculpt class that was taught by Khori, and he was AMAZING! I never had a workout that was so hard yet exciting and fun. The energy in the room was magical, and I can not wait to return and perhaps become a certified teacher of the craft myself!

I love Corepower! It has been such a fantastic way to wind down and get in some movement during law school. The UWS is the best location in NYC in my opinion.

A few things I'd love to see changed:
- Getting people to stay for savasanah (it always feels so disrespectful to the instructor and the spiritual practice of yoga when people are packing up
-Space-- these classes get SO crowded and that sometimes affects the experience

I have come with my daughter as a buddy a few times and have really enjoyed the classes. I found all of the instructors to be very good and easy to follow. Everyone I've encountered at the desk has been very friendly and helpful! I'm looking forward to taking class again!

I loved my instructor she just had such lovely energy and was so real. I am new to CorePower and I love how everyone can go at their own pace and a lot of the exercises have modifications
