They should provide the core yoga level 3 classes. Also offer the balance and inversion class once in a month.
The teacher and classes are great. However, the bathroom and showers are disgusting and always busy.
The clean facility, friendly staff and instructors and challenging classes. I get exactly what I need out of of my yoga practice here.

Thank you for the one class I took about 10 days ago. Unfortunately, I got the shingles a few days later so wasn't able to take advantage of my guest pass/ free one week. I do hope to come back once shingles leave my system!

I loved everything about the studio and the people I met while at my first class. I felt refreshed and invigorated after. I had not done vinyasa in a while and the instructor was phenomenal. I will surely be back and intend to make Core yoga part of my life. ❤

The sessions are incredible, you go within your own pace and the instructors their challenge you in the best way possible. They are very patient with you in your practice. I have definitely benefited from the sessions.
