Took full advantage of my free week at Core Power Yoga and took Core 2 and Yoga Sculpt - Love that Yoga Sculpt is a fun twist on regular hot yoga class and just what I needed for an extra push in my workout but then loved taking Core 2 to get a deeper yoga practice in. I'm definitely coming back!
The staff is friendly and welcoming, the facilities are beautiful and clean, and the classes are great for any level of fitness as long as you ask the instructor for modifications (they often just announce them).
The teacher was welcoming and the class was tough and rewarding. I would recommend changing up the music and better deals on class passes; express lunch classes and cheaper one studio only membership options

Bryan is an incredible human being and yoga instructor. His thoughtful guidance allowed for a whole new dimension. His voice was calm, soothing, and supportive. He was sensitive to proper alignment and made adjustments as needed with each student - so attentive and kind!
