The class I took was great for all levels. Katherine is friendly and was very clear in her instructions so I didn't feel like I was lost. The studio was clean and everything was easy to access.

Yoga sculpt is a great class!
I love how friendly and welcoming the environment is. When I go to a yoga class I want to feel like I'm totally embraced and at home. I've found that a lot of New York City yoga studios can tend to feel stuck up and cold, but not Core Power. Core Power gave me the exact feeling I wanted and more. Plus, I got in a really killer workout for my body and my soul.

Yoga sculpt is the best class eve
I like the intensity of the sessions yet it is still yoga. Facility is calming and very clean. Instructors are excellent.
