I enjoy the early morning classes during the week (would love to have an early morning class on Saturday or Sunday - 7 am vs. 8 am); teachers are knowledge and likable; and classes are relatively small.

Love the YogaSculpt class! The teaches are top notch and its the perfect blend of yoga and HIIT.
