Convenient, competitively priced, generally good bus service

Service was great and quick. Drop off was easy with a bus coming up before we even got out bags out and when we returned there was a bus to take us back within a few minuets of us calling.

Professional, quick and efficient!

Having never been to the Atlanta airport, I was very nervous about flying out. A friend suggested doing remote parking since the airport is under construction. I chose Park N Fly Plus because they looked the easiest to drive to. When I arrived, the attendant was polite. He gave me my ticket and suggested taking a picture of it in case I lost it while traveling. He then pointed me to where to be picked up by the shuttle and pointed to the bathroom as well. The bathrooms were very clean. I waited no more than a minute for the shuttle and was dropped off at the airport and told where to meet upon my return. When I returned, there were shuttles waiting for me. I gave them my ticket and they radioed in so my car was waiting for me as I had utilized the valet service. When I stepped off the shuttle, the attendant helped me with my bags and handed me my keys. The most pleasurable experience all the way around. If I ever need to fly again, I will definitely go this route!

Great experience. Very easy to pay in advance and reserve parking. The shuttle pickup at the terminal was simple and right on time. We will now always use Park & Fly.

unfortunately, the person who pulled in next to me, pulled him backwards a little bit over the yellow line, and therefore I could not get into my car through the driver side. I tried to climb over my consul, but I had a hip replacement and wasn’t able to do it. I was very fortunate that one of your employees was willing to help. He wouldn’t ask his manager if it was OK and he help me get into the car so I appreciate the extra effort. Have a nice day.
