Easy drop off for my car. Prompt pickup by the shuttle both to and from the airport. My car was ready when we returned from the airport. The valet service is excellent.
The only thing would be to improve the signage when entering Park n' Fly. We were unsure of where to go for valet Service and entered in the wrong way.

Quick airport access, friendly and helpful employees

The location was easy to find and is very close to the airport. Upon arrival we were immediately met by someone who checked us in quickly and also took pictures of our car to confirm the current condition. The shuttle was ready to go and the driver was helpful and courteous. Upon our return, the shuttle arrived quickly and our car was waiting for us when we returned to the lot.
The app made it very easy to reserve parking, check in and contact the location for pick up when you return. We were very pleased with all aspects of our experience with Park "N Fly and will definitely use them again the next time we fly out of San Francisco.

We are always happy and feel safe leaving our car parked here. Our recent flight was several hours delayed. We arrived exhausted at 5:45 am and were so happy to have a shuttle waiting when we left the luggage area at Midway Airport. The very friendly driver drove us swiftly to our car and was very helpful and caring. The price is a great value.

The only thing I would change is putting a Venmo option for if we don’t have cash!

We had never used a park and shuttle service before and the services provided by Park’n’Fly exceeded any expectations.
