The lot I use is at 2525 Camp Creek Pkwy. The camera/scanner to enter the self park covered area really needs help. I tried multiple, repeated, succesive unsuccesful tries to enter it. Finally, wanting to get to my plane, I gave up on the scanner and just parked in the uncovered lot even though I had paid for covered parking. This scanner has been troubled for months. If you could please fix it / repalce it, that would be great.

I like the organized way your shuttles pick up in the parking area upon arrival.
I also like that the shuttle drops you off at your car on the return trip.
The driver is always at your car in the ramp and at the airport for pick up. The wait is minimal. The drivers are also always helpful and friendly.
