I liked that you sent a text with my reservation information; I don't know if that is still happening with the new owner. I liked that you provided free water - again, is that still happening under the ownership of 'The Parking Spot'? I liked that you could pay beforehand for your reservation - with the appropriate discount - and then cancel up until just before the time of the start of the reservation. That does NOT seem to be available under the new ownership. These are all bonuses that should be reinstated by The Parking Spot management.

You've got plenty of parking. The app is easy to use to book your reservation. But your drivers are the best - so polite and helpful. On my last trip, the driver even put my heavy suitcase in the back of my car for me.

Quick, helpful, minimize long walks from parking garage.

With the QR code in and out was super easy. Service with the shuttle was on time, helpful with bags and friendly.

Driver picks us up at our car right after we park, often pointing out and waiting at open space. Drops us off at car and helps us with luggage.

The rates, customer service.

The entire process is easy and when parking, the shuttle is right there to pick you up. Drivers are friendly and helpful. And upon your return, it’s only a short wait for the return trip to the lot.

There are always buses available within 5-10 minutes of you parking or waiting to get back to your car from the airport. The drivers are nice, it’s close to the airport, and it’s affordable!

Mostly, my experiences are ALWAYS great! Employees are ALWAYS nice and helpful. and friendly. Only negative this trip, took over 20 minutes for a shuttle to pick up at airport and take back to car. One shuttle was too full and passed me up. So, over all, still a 10 in my book even with a bit of a delay on the return. Thank you!
