I’m not a fan of the new company changing the policies with no more VIP parking. It takes longer for people to get to there designated parking spaces and causes delays for travel. Not the best customer service approach and I would highly recommend someone does something about these awful policies. Otherwise, the employees that work at the SFO location are professional, kind and hard working. I hope you can bring back the VIP. There was a reason it had so many great reviews and was the best. This new company should learn something from Park N’ Fly’s older model that was successful.

I like that there are a number of Park N Fly shuttles available to drive us to and from the airport.
I like that the staff that I've encountered have all be pretty great. The driver who provided the most exceptional services each time I've ridden with him is Jimmy. Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy as he says it. He's super personable, always extremely positive and he has the ability to brighten anyones day. I appreciate his service and his personality. He also ensures that all bags are loaded properly and he takes the bags off for us as well. He was amazing.
