I absolutely love Park N Fly! The rates are much more reasonable than paying a hotel, or the airport, to simply park a vehicle. Not only are the rates better, but the services you provide if needed (helping with flat tires, jumping a car if the battery is dead) is wonderful! I travel alone a lot and jumping a vehicle isn’t the easiest in that situation. I know my vehicle is safe on the property, and that I’ll have a ride back to the lot even if I get in on a late flight. The shuttle drivers and attendants are always so kind, courteous, and willing to assist. Thank you all for everything you do!

Your busses do run frequently, there is usually not much wait if they aren't already in place to pick me up. Thank you. Your bus drivers are nice and helpful with luggage.
Your pricing is fair, especially if I can find a discount available when I make my reservation.
Your exit payment is OK, but many times your automated system doesn't work when exiting and even though exit lanes show as being open - they turn out to not being working for one reason or another.
Shuttle drivers are friendly, helpful, and the shuttle is reliable.
All services were great except upon return to DIA the number of buses available for pick up was very inadequate for the line of people on the west side to get a ride back to the lot. This was around 6 to 630 PM on Monday 23 OCT. The buses that did show up never went to the east side as they were completely full when they left the west side.
Also Park DIA should have a sign on the island for pick up like Wally Park has.
