What do you like about our services?

I love the quick pickup at my car and the driver helping me with my luggage. After my trip is over I love how convenient and close the pick up area is from baggage claim. The driver always lifts my luggage for me and once we arrive at my car he helps me again with it. I always park at Park and Fly or Park and Fly Plus. I know my car is safe while I travel and the drivers are nice and friendly!

It’s easy, the drivers are very friendly and helpful and we never wait more than a few minutes upon arrival at the lot or at the airport.

The covered ramp, the shuttle service and the convenience.

Only thing that I didn't like, was the code scanners didn't work for me and luckily there was someone to help me with drop off and when we were trying to leave - I used the "phone" on the machine and they helped me after I drove to the cashier lane.

It was super convenient, and felt very safe. Really liked the immediate service with pick up right at my car once I parked. Return trip was just as super easy and convenient and fast.

I enjoyed good service from Park 'n' Fly over something like 35 years (dating back to a predecessor company). Good Platinum benefits kept me coming often. Very sad to see it all end. Goodbye, old friend. On to Park SFO.
