Quick drive to the airport. Although the last couple times I’ve used your service, I’ve had to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes for a pick up at the airport. The drivers are always friendly and helpful though.

Very prompt service! When we got back from a long trip our car battery was dead. In no time they provided a jump start and we were on our way. We didn't even have to wait but two minutes!! Fantastic service! We use them every time we fly out of Midway. And will continue to do so.

The drivers are friendly, courteous and professional. The location is convenient to I-85 and the domestic airport.

The service is great. The drivers are nice and helpful as well as the supervisors. I have been using park n fly for a long time. My sister uses park n fly and has for over 10 years and she recommender park n fly years ago to me too. This last trip I had to make different arrangements to get to southwest from the park n fly. Due to medical reasons I am not able to get on to the shuttle and the supervisor was so helpful and guided me through the process. When we got there she greeted us and made sure she explained that a driver will be driving us to the arrival area and then drive the car back. She also explained the process for getting a ride back to park and fly. Everyone was nice and courteous. We didn’t have to wait to long both directions. When we went back to drop off the driver she told me to call and arrange any other times once we know our flight. I will continue to park at park and fly and now my youngest daughter parks her car at a park n fly near her. I hope there are not too many changes with park n fly being bought out by park and spot because you have wonderful employees at the Oakland location as well as the SFO airport. They are why we always uses park n fly.
