What do you like about our services?

The services, for the most part, were great. My main complaint is waiting for the shuttle to pick us up when we arrived at the airport. I wasn't the only waiting; we had a bus load of people waiting for Park 'N Fly shuttle and we all called multiple times to pick us up. It took nearly 45 minutes for the shuttle to show up. During that time, we saw shuttles from other parking structures came and gone many times.

I definitely was impressed with the easy online reservation process. There were numerous parking spaces to choose from, the shuttle driver was quick to pick us up, and was extremely helpful, personable, and courteous.
