One thing is the pay gate as you exit did would not let my credit card slide in. Card would not fit for some reason. Please have this checked. I had to back up and use the attendant to pay.

The service was wonderful. Friendly and helpful drivers. We were scheduled to return on Saturday, March 16 but due to a death in the family we were visiting, we returned on Wednesday, March 13. What is the process for requesting a partial refund.

Fast and friendly

Location to airport. Prompt pickup at both the parking lot AND the airport. We've used this lot many times. This trip required us to arrive VERY early in the morning 2:45am. Our driver was at our car immediately. He was helpful and cheerful. It was our good fortune to get the same driver when we returned from our trip VERY late (nearly 1am). Again, prompt, helpful and cheerful. We will continue to use this lot whenever possible.

This was a great option!! It was easy to drive to and park and there was hardly any shuttle wait time. There was very clear directions every time (getting to and from the airport) from the Park N Fly company. I liked the little ticket that we returned to our driver with our parking spot location…it was one less number to try to remember on our vacation!! Thank you!!!
