LOVE the personal customer service of the drivers! Appreciate the option for indoor parking. The prompt pick-up at both ends is amazing. I also understand how much of a rip-off Chicago is in terms of fees and taxes, so I like the price as it it now. I just hope that now you are "Parking Spot", you don't degrade service and performance.

By-the-way, I used the app, and it's good. I'm still a boomer "paper person", and I print out everything. Nice to have tangible proof of reservation just in case of app failure!

I switched from Park and Go and am pleased with Park and Fly. However, the other day I booked covered and it was full. So, I parked out in the open lot and the driver said I could get a refund for the difference I lost between the two, just see the cashier. When I left, there was no cashier so I not only did not park in covered but I was not reimbursed for the over charge. The amount of money is not that much. However, if there will not be covered parking available (over selling) then we should not have to pay the higher price to park without the covered benefit.

It's convenient, good shuttle service. Not your fault but they have your parking area at the airport where customers have no choice but to suffer the weather.

Every aspect is handled efficiently; from checking in with a barcode, to finding a space, to being picked up at your vehicle by a van. Drivers help with the luggage if needed and give you a card with your space number on it so you don't have to remember it when you return.

Transportation time to airport to and from was acceptable. Driver was a hard worker! Very professional Thankyou!

The shuttle picked us up right at our car and it was close to the airport. The drivers were so nice and friendly! We liked that the lot was fenced in.
