Someone greeted me when I pulled in and directed me to open parking area. Shuttle drivers were helpful and courteous, even when I forgot something in my car, the driver turned around and went back. Granted I was the only one on the shuttle, if there were others I wouldn't have asked and waited for the return shuttle.

Very easy and the shuttles are very prompt. Also, I lost my scarf in the parking lot and called to see if anyone had found it or if they could keep an eye out for it. It was never found, but I appreciated that the employees took the time to call me back about the issue.

It’s always great. Is there a place in the app to save where you parked? I’ve lost my paper twice:/ I’ve had a lot of trouble with the app even opening lately.
