Valet service is very convenient, especially on return trip when you are tired from flying and ready to get home.
I wish that you would bring back Delta luggage check-in again on site at your shuttle base. That used to be a prime reason for me to use your shuttle service.

We did miss having someone available when we first entered the lot at the beginning of our trip. That was very helpful, directing us where to go.
