Convenient
They were great ! I locked my keys in the car by accident and they took care of the problem without making me feel foolish . Not only were they helpful , but they were very extremely professional and non judgmental . On top of locking my car keys , I also mistakenly took someone else's baggage as I left the bus at the airport. They contacted me via text and phone about the situation , and helped me take care of the problem. They weren't condescending to me and made me think that it's OK to have a bad day . On the return flight the driver was friendly and arrived in minutes after I texted the service with my ticket number. When I got to their place, my car was there, ready for me. I would recommend Park' N Fly to anyone who asks about valet services at Bradley Airport . I will definitely use them again on my next flight out of Hartford.

Convenience- you keep a good qty of shuttles moving. Wait times are usually short. Drivers are good at dropping you right at your car. Shuttles are clean.
