Only negative was in return trip to car- the bus had been cleaned/sprayed with a strong smelly chemical, Like spice n Span or something? It was horrible! I get migraines from smells, luckily we were dropped off at beginning! We had to unload suitcases and put in garage, and remove clothes to wash as the smell was sooo strong on everything. PLEASE don’t clean like that!

It is convenient to check in, to park, to get dropped off and picked up. It's also very affordable!

Park N Fly made it very easy and convenient to get to the airport and back. The price for Park N Fly was much cheaper than using Lyft or Uber which was why I chose Park N Fly. The staff were friendly and efficient. I will definitely be using Park N Fly next time I travel. Keep up the great work!

Young man in the booth couldn't have been more helpful. Wonderful.

Kate, the driver, however was surly. Wanted to leave with only 5 people on bus despite 10 in line at airport pick-up. Said there was no more room for bags, what she really meant was i can't pick up the bags to put them on the second shelf. We pitched in and got many more bags and people on the bus. Kate carried up NO bags herself. We had to help the elderly because Kate can barely walk up the bus steps herself.

You make parking and getting to the airport easy, and security of vehicles is good. You could include in your website information about whether or not drive-in parking is still available, possible saving a few dollars on the reservation fee, but I was amazed at how full the lot was on a Sunday morning and was quite happy that I had a reservation. I don't travel much since I retired, so don't use your services as much as I used to, and am not up to date on conditions.

Both shuttle drivers were great. Very helpful. Easy to get in. Easy to get out. Plan to use again.

It is very convenient. I use it every time I got to MIA since it is a service I can trust and the price compared to the airport parking is less expensive. I may improve the frequency of buses going back and forward, but rest if good..Also I would add, for those long parking days (from 5 days an UP), free car wash. I company I used before, had it.

Shuttles are right near where you need to be picked up at parking lot. You don’t have to wait too long for shuttles at the airport. The prices and bonus days are helpful.

I like the ease of reserving. I like that there is a car wash at the exit. I like that it gets you to the airport quickly but sometimes it takes a while to get picked up from the airport.

A bus is nearly always close to my vehicle as I pull in to park, and they don't wait until they are completely full to take us to the terminal - so there's little waiting. It doesn't take too long for one to circle to the terminal when we arrive back at MSP either.

I had a reservation but and their parking lot was full so they actually put my car in Valet at no extra cost because of it! That was a super classy move! It made me want to always continue service with them! And the driver was right on time picking me up at the airport.

My car was waiting for me right when I arrived! it was the BEST SERVICE I have ever had with an airport parking service.

The shuttle driver was there to pick us up at our vehicle after parking and gave us a card with detailed return instructions. Upon return we were able to text the number on the card while we were retrieving our luggage and the shuttle driver was waiting for us when we exited the airport. Very seamless process. Will definitely use Park-n-Fly again!
