The staff are amazing and go above and beyond! We returned from our Orlando trip to Minneapolis, and the first shuttle driver carried my heavy bag for me. Then, when we reached our vehicle, I found that the battery had died. I called for a tow, but had to wait, and a second shuttle driver stopped and asked if I needed a shuttle, and I explained my situation, and he offered to jump start my vehicle. He ran, in the 90 degree heat, to his personal vehicle to get a jump pack, and helped me get my truck started! I offered him compensation, and he declined, gave me a hug, and continued on with his day. You don't get that kind of service these days, and I wish I would've gotten his name, but the date we returned was August 19th, 2022 around 4:30/5 pm, so thank you, from the bottom of my heart to the MSP Park-n-Fly employees that were on at that time. Remarkable workers you have, park-n-fly, you should be proud!

I needed a jump when I returned and they were right on it. Felt very safe leaving the car with them for a week and the online reservation worked really well.

When we returned from our trip - I did not like the length of time it took for the shuttle to get to terminal 1. It was midnight or so (not busy) and I had to call several times for the shuttle as we waited about 45 minutes for it to arrive! Then the driver needed to go to terminal 2 to pick up more passengers, making our trip home from the airport even longer.

I love the customer service and the politeness of the shuttle bus drivers they are truly amazing people.
