This is the second time I've parked at Park N Fly-PHL. The staff is very attentive. Shuttle took us quickly to the airport; and when we returned, car was waiting for us and ready to go.
The busses ran frequently enough so that I didn't have to wait to be picked up. Several years ago, this was not the case. The service has absolutely improved greatly since then.

I enjoyed how organize everything was from the shuttle pickup from my car to the shuttle pickup from the airport. It was very simple and professional with the driver gives us a number ticket so we didnt have to remember where we parked.
The customer service at the front gate needs improvement everything I hit the call operator button they never answered when I seen them in the case shack/office. On checking out the lady didnt answer the phone nor would she come assist when the arms never came up, 3 minutes later I had to back up and drive over to the shack where she was at.

Your pricing is a good value to me. The wait for vans is fine - both in the parking lot and at the airport. The drivers are nice, always helpful in putting suitcases in the van and taking them off the van. The app works fine. I had to use Fine parking as you were booked during the 4th of July holiday. It was also nice (vans were actually nicer, more comfortable ride but I like Park DIA more because of the pricing.
Last night when we arrived late from an overseas trip (august 24) we were serviced by two black ladies for a driver and a person in the booth. They couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful, particularly the driver who found a bag of ours and came back with it and then made sure we got to the booth to check out. I’m definitely using you again.
I would Suggest better signage to get to the booth. As many times as I’ve used you I always get confused. This usually happens after we’ve been traveling for many hours and are tired.
