Easy reservation process, drop off and transportation to and from airport. The whole process was easy, stress-free and on time. Would definitely recommend to anyone flying out of Miami Airport. The valet process makes it SUPER easy and convenient. Your car is waiting for you was the shuttle arrives to the parking lot.

So easy to get to and staff is so helpful. The shuttle driver picked us up as soon as we parked the car. On returning to the airport, after our trip, we waited less than 10 min. for our ride.

We came back a little later because of flight delays. Carol (I think was her name ) she went above and beyond to help a few of us to get out of park and fly. She is great. It was August 26th late evening. Cudos to her.
