It was easy, everything seems to be where it should be, real convenient, dropped the car got picked up right next to my car and when I returned the shuttle was right outside abs dropped me to my spot, no wait no waste of time so I really liked it and will be using it every time

Excellent customer service, cost effective, safe, efficient and reliable. You guys went above and beyond the call of duty twice to exceed our expectations twice during one trip and have gained a customer for life. First) On our departing flight I left an item in the car and our driver happily drove me all the way back to get it. Zero issues for my mistake! Second) Our daughter left her backpack and stuffed animal in the van after our long return flight. You guys safely kept her items in your office until I could pick them up a few days later!

Pull in, they load the luggage, they drive to the door and unload luggage. To return the same perfect convenience. This is the best. We tried something else once and came back to P n’ F.

Park N Fly is my preferred method to travel to Midway Airport. It close to airport and convenient for me to get to. I prepaid to get best price. Although when exiting the lot. I was delayed by 10 minutes due to the landscape exit ticket did not fit to allow QR code to scan. The exit ticket should be smaller like a card in size.

Otherwise I will continue to use Park N Fly. Improvement need to made to exit parking lot quick and easy.

The premises were well lit and secured. The pickup van appeared almost immediately after I parked and dropped me off quickly. The driver gave the needed information before the question even formed in my mind. The return trip also proceeded without problems which was greatly appreciated due to the usual fatigued nature of returning travelers.

The website was easy to use, although it would be nice if the arrival/departure times were better defined -- flight arrival/departure or arrival/departure times at the parking lot. I was not sure, being effectively a first time user, of how long I should plan for the shuttle trip.

Everyone in Miami park and fly is kind and welcoming.
