It was a very smooth, convenient process. We parked early in the morning and there was a bus that took us right away! Upon returning we had to wait for a bus after our flight but it came quick. I would definitely recommend and park there again!

When I travel I park here! When I get out of my car the bus is waiting for me to puck me up. When I return and often midnight or after the bus driver stays there until I get into my car and I turn my ignition on. That really helps me to feel safe especially in the late hours.

As soon as I park there is always a bus close by to pick me up

I prepaid and from jet lag paid a second time when leaving the lot. The next day realizing what I had done contacted park n fly plus. After conformation and brief hold, was told my card would be credited in a few days. In a few days I received the credit.
Also the driver’s both direction were helpful, friendly, and informative!

I like the improved bus pick up as it seems like I do not have to wait as long as I did a few months back. The drivers are helpful and courteous and LOVE the car wash (#1 reason I am a Park 'N Fly customer).
