Although booking was a nightmare, everything else was wonderful. The shutter was right there when I parked my car and was helpful once we got to the airport. On our return, the bus was at the airport. This is my second time using this service and it will not be my last.

Very helpful shuttle driver to the airport and, upon returning to Oakland at about 1 AM, the shuttle was waiting for us at the promised location. We were tired and it was such a gift to have the shuttle waiting when we arrived at OAK. Thank you so much.
