In my haste to get home, I boarded the Park ‘N Fly bus and not the Park ‘N Fly Plus. Thankfully the driver did not just take me back to the airport to wait for the next shuttle. She drove me to the other lot right to my car. I really appreciated her taking the time to help me out. Thanks Olene!

Fast service. Very accommodating when lot is full, and you have reservation...they take care of you and valet your car at no extra cost.

As I pull into the parking lot trying to locate a parking space whatever aisle I turn down the shuttle is right behind to pick me up...That's definitely VIP service and Anjatvia & Aaron are the best attendants when leaving out.

We used your service for the first time and will so again! The process was easy, we were picked up immediately upon parking and the shuttle was waiting for us upon our return. The drivers were friendly and helpful! Parking for a flight out of Hopkins couldn’t get any easier!

I have a suggestion...

Pick up and drop off at the pickup location on back roadway, it's only a few steps more to get to ticketing and bag drop, if you're heading straight to TSA, it's about the same.
This way people are not waiting for the pickup shuttle to arrive while standing outside in the cold.

Thanks to all the drivers who are always willing to help with bags. and the greeters at the gate who are always friendly and polite.

Everything went smoothly and the drivers were wonderful. When we arrived at 3 AM before our flight, the driver was waiting for us and drove to our parking spot for easy loading. When we returned, the driver arrived within 2 or 3 minutes. We would use you again although most of our flights are from Baltimore, my preferred airport.

Every aspect works in concert from reserving space, shuttle drivers are prompt attending to airport transport on both ends and checking out also works seamlessly. I can't imagine any service enhancement suggestions as I am completely, totally satisfied.

It made it easier to depart and return back to our vehicle. The drivers were very pleasant. If I come back, I will be using this service.

Fast friendly service at an excellent price

Fast pick-up at the lot and return from the airport. Excellent drivers who help with luggage. Preferred parking for frequent customers and free days. Only a little more time (at most) than parking at the airport but easier and with the perks mentioned. Great job! Keep up the service, especially the shuttle frequency.
