Normally, you're very prompt for pickup at the terminal. We just returned Sunday night and were disappointed at the length of time we had to wait. There were lots of people waiting and no organization to the line. I called the office to find out why we had seen 2 to 3 shuttles from other companies come by and none from your company. I couldn't understand the operator at all.

Timely pickup in the lot as well as at the airport

It was easy to park and there wasn't a long wait for the shuttle after parking.

And upon return yesterday, it was only a few minutes wait before the shuttle arrived.

I like how easy it is to park (I use valet uncovered). I was worried about losing the shuttle ticket for the way back, but they accept pictures of the shuttle tickets as well, which made me feel a lot better. I was confused on when to call the phone number for pick up, but it all worked out in the end. I also didn’t realized that the plus shuttle is different from the regular shuttle. It’s just a different line that I had to go to once I realize. It was a pretty smooth experience despite being my first time. One thing to note is that the shuttle doesn’t go to international terminal, so I had to take a different shuttle for that

Prompt pickup on both departure and arrival

The Shuttle was at our parking spot as soon as we parked. We left the car for 7 nights. Once we returned home at midnight on a Saturday, the ticket indicated we may need to call but the shuttle was there waiting, it was full but there was another shuttle literally pulling in as the first one pulled away. Driver was very courteous & engaged my children and asked questions about vacation.

The ease of checking in and out. There is very little wait time when one follow the instructions.
