The bus driver was very helpful and outgoing. It was very easy to use and no delays on pick up at either end of my trip. It is a convenient location and not too far from the airport.
I like the addition of the Texas size spaces. In the past I always used the covered section, but was not a fan of the tight spaces.
Unlike my last trip, I did not have to wait a long time for the shuttle. JoJo was there and offered a nice ride

The pickup from the airport was fantastic after a long day of traveling. The bus was waiting and left as soon as we got on and took us straight to our car. It was around 1:00am and I was worried that we would have to wait but we didn’t at all.
