Parking our car at park and fly was a very positive experience for us. Our car was kept indoors which is helpful in the summertime. When we arrive back at Miami airport it only took about 10 minutes for them to come by and pick us up and our car was waiting for us and ready to go. Very good service. Arrival at the lot was fairly easy, with very easy check-in via QR code on my phone. Shuttle rides to and from Midway were enjoyable, and both drivers were very friendly and I enjoyed my conversations with them. It made the rides seem very short! Pickup by texting on my return worked perfectly, and the shuttle arrived in just a few minutes. Great service! I also appreciate the level of security provided in the lot areas. I felt that my car would be very safe!
The lady at the entrance was super super friendly. The driver was also polite. It meant a lot.
