Check in and out very easy. Quick taking us to catch flight had to wait about 15 minutes for bus when we got back.

Your service and price are overall excellent.

I am, however, sorry to report the last two times there, I've arrived very early in the morning for early flights and there's been a grey haired lady who is decidedly unbecoming in her attitude, while she barks out rude commands on which aisle is being used. I apologize I cannot provide her name. If it happens again, I will surely ask her for it.

As soon as we pulled in we were cordially greeted. A gentleman took our bags out of our car and placed them in the nearby awaiting transport van. We were then whisked to the airport where the gentleman took our bags off and wished us a good flight. And it was the same upon our return. The van was at the airport as soon as we walked out, and we hadn't even called them yet. The entire experience was quick and courteous. Could not have asked for anything more.
