It’s always so easy to book a space. When arriving, there’s never a wait for transportation to the airport. When arriving back at the airport, we’ve never waited long for the shuttle to our car. So convenient!

Every single staff member that I had interaction with at Chicago Midway was pleasant, polite, personable and helpful. Not to mention how efficient the process was from pulling into the parking lot to being dropped off at the terminal and visa versa. I am very impressed with the Chicago Midway staff!

Very good service. I seem to have trouble Ussocom ng my payment coupon when I try to leave. The instructions are hard to find when you prepay you aren’t supposed to use the automatic system and that is really confusing.

Our driver Rinh was fantastic. Very professional, friendly and welcoming. Typically whenever we use ParkNFly it’s a pretty flawless experience. And having her car ready for us when we get there is very helpful as well

It was easy to get to the parking lot . Shuttle picked us up quickly and got us to our terminal with no delays. It was as easy when we got back from our trip. Took the shuttle to the parking lot and off we were to home sweet home.
