Super convenient and very friendly staff. Emilio was great. Felt very safe with him behind the wheel. There was also a super great gentlemen working the exit when we left. He was an Italian fella. His name started with a C. He was so helpful and patient while I got my QR code out of my phone.

This trip was flawless! I arrived, parked in a covered spot, and the driver was already ready and waiting on me to unload my suitcase to head to the airport. I came back to Midway and the driver was already outside loading other passengers' luggages. It may have just been perfect timing on the come back, but it was smooth and I will be using Park N Fly again and often. Thank you!
