I liked being greeted by someone who appeared to be happy to see us and greeted us with a smile. His instructions were clear and concise. Transportation to the airport moved forward quickly so I wasn't concerned about making my flight. :)

Security

I like that it’s convenient and close to airport, the shuttle service is usually quick. Although this last trip wasn’t so smooth a drive. Your driver would speed up then slow down constantly (got a little motion sick), he cut off another car twice on the short drive on the freeway and either the air conditioning wasn’t working or he just didn’t turn it up but we asked twice as it was sweltering in the shuttle.

The other issue we had - the valet accidentally locked the keys in my car. Luckily the window was cracked open and we were able to slide the key towards us with my husband’s cane.

In all of the times we’ve used Park N Fly, this is the first time we ran into issues.

Easy to book and use

It’s very easy to use. The only thing that would have been nice is if someone would have told us to call for the shuttle when we got back. I was under the assumption that we would just wait for the shuttle to stop by like the rest of the parking services do.
