I liked how easy it was to book and pay for a reservation. When the time you park your car under cover then driven to the airport. When returning everything is reversed.

It is easy to make a reservation. The facility is clean. The staff is nice. Our shuttle drivers both days 9/1 and on 9/5 (Rinh ?) were very helpful. They transported the bags from and to the shuttle and back. On the return home, he put them in my trunk for me and directed me how to exit since my car was under the carport (to prevent us from getting wet).

cheaper than the airport, shuttles to the airport are easy, shuttles from the airport are typically not too long of a wait time. The drop offs can get a bit long, but i understand covered parking pays more so it makes sense that they get dropped off first.

your drivers are very nice and helpful. the driver came at my packing spot, he waited for me with patience until I get out the car, he greeted me nicely and he got my luggage from me and stock it. When he dropped me at the airport, he took my luggage and handed to me outside.it was a good customer service I admired that treatment. I received the same service when I came back from my trip to pick up my car. I thought, I was lucky to me with a nice driver that made me feel good. When i received the same treatment in my return, I conclude that you guys trained your driver very well. Thanks for your service
