We were picked up by the shuttle and were delivered to the terminal promptly, even though it was 5:00AM. (Shuttle pickup at the airport was not as prompt.) Both shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful in loading our baggage. Free carwash was a nice touch, even though we know that the cost of it was built into the overall charges.
