I love this parking lot and will highly recommend. However, my experience this last visit was below the level that I usually encounter.

Positive things first. Thank you to the driver who quickly picked me up from my spot on Thursday, Aug 31st around 4pm. I misjudged traffic and was running behind. I was able to get to my flight.

My return driver was just as courteous.

When I was leaving the PNF representative walked from one booth to the other. As I was pulling up to the gate she put her hand up in a gesture for me to stop and yelled “slow down. You’re driving too fast. I have to walk back across”
How I was supposed to know that she was going to leave one booth and walk to the next. Also, I don’t appreciate being yelled at as if I was a child and I was not driving fast. I left the facility Monday, Sept 4th around 430pm. She did not exhibit the same politeness and courtesy that I normally receive.

The service was great. All of the drivers were very professional, quick, and thorough.
