I have used park n fly multiple times and each time i have seen the pickup at Garage as well as at Airport was uneventful. Drivers were very courteous. I see no reason not to recommend them.
Paperless reservation (barcode on phone) and receipt (pdf on email) are additional add on benefit. Saving trees :)

was picked up within in minutes from where I park, returning there was many people so have to wait 3-5 minutes but thats very fast. Will be coming back here again.

I like that the drivers pick you up and drop you off at your car. The system and process works very well and is easy. I also like that the buses are regularly there to pick you up at the airport. No need to call for a pick up which is one less thing to worry about.
