Very convenient in terms of making an appointment, dropping off our car and the shuttle provided to and from the airport.

I had a reservation over the holiday weekend and it was great to pull right in and not worry about finding a spot because there was no available parking anywhere. Service was very fast and efficient upon my return. I will definitely use them again.

The convenience of making the online reservation was great. Both drivers I had for friendly helpful with my bag, great with finding my parking space and overall offered excellent customer service.

I like the fact that I can make reservations on line by using the app, very simple and easy to use.
Theirs is always someone at the booth to help assist you. in checking in where to park your car.
The shuttle bus driver pick you up where ever you was instructed to park your car, they assist you in handling your luggage and car parking location.

Friendly drivers and very little to no wait on pick up and drop off. We used a different service a couple weeks prior and the wait to be taken back to our vehicle was much longer.

Quick and easy

getting back to the parking lot was a bit of a struggle, text message said to stand in one place, shuttle was parked in another place, worker at the location at airport was very rude

The staff was professional, friendly and helpful and delivered me to and picked me up from the Bradley airport swiftly. The shuttle was spacious and clean. The drivers helped with the bags; shout out to Rinh who did not leave me at airport even though my bag was a bit delayed, and he did not drive away but rather made sure all passengers bags were loaded into their car. Being able to text rather than call in ticket # was very helpful. As long as you continue to accept AARP discount, I will use park and fly in the future; however, you should know of your competition, The Parking Spot, closer to airport, and gives similar AAA discount
