Ease of use, friendly staff and convenience
The shuttle service is very convenient, and the 24 hour security at the lot makes me more confident, to park at the lot than on the airport premises.

Very efficient business. No waiting for shuttle and driver, both times, very friendly and helpful. Very clean location. When I was leaving, I parked near your office because someone needed to use bathroom. While I was parked, one driver came to my car to make sure everything was ok. I will definitely use this location every time I fly from midway.

Making reservations was early. Upon arrival attendants were outstanding with attention to providing quick service. I parked and shuttle driver immediately helped me with luggage and got us to the airport. When I returned, service was once again outstanding with shuttle driver available and friendly at stop. Check out of lot was a breeze.
