Excellent Service!! Felt very safe - great lot - we were immediately directed where to park. After parking, a van immediately was there to pick us up and help us with our luggage. Upon quickly arriving at the airport, the driver was again friendly and efficient, letting us off and helping us with our luggage. When we came back from our trip, the van was right there waiting for us - we were again greeted in a friendly manner, helped with our luggage, and promptly taken to our car. We arrived around midnight, and we totally felt safe as the driver not only helped us off the van with our luggage, but he stayed until we had everyone and all of our luggage in the car. The booth at the front of the lot was brightly lit (as was the parking lot) and the attendants were there to help with any problems. Later, I called them thinking I had left a suitcase in the lot (which I found later at the airport) - and the attendant I called not only checked the spot where we had parked, but he also double-checked the van to make sure my suitcase was not there. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Would DEFINITLY USE AGAIN.
