could call and talk to a human being and this was very helpful rather than listening to a recording. website had info that wasn't true (said there was a gate and i had to show the code box, etc. i guess this is "coming soon") but when i called, she said, nope just come in, etc.
and having my car all ready for me when i returned was wonderful, particularly since it was midnight or later. thanks.

Bus was there when I got out of the airport

It was fast pick-up at both ends of the flight. I was dropped off right at my car. The lot was very secure and clean.

It’s very convenient. Your staff are always amazingly polite attentive and customer focused. Last month I did complain about the quantity or rather lack thereof , of buses picking up, but my last couple of trips it seems that has improved substantially.
