My car broke down as I arrived to park it, and the team was very helpful in able to tow it to my mechanic

Everything worked, ontime and courteous. No hassle at all. I arrived around 1 am and I followed the instructions to alert Park and Fly, the lady driver arrived in lightning speed, loaded our luggage. While I was trying to remember whether I had prepaid for my parking (mind you a 70 years old after 10 days vacation), the cashier lady at the exit gate asked me for my phone number. The last words I heard from her was "It has been paid. Good night."

This time Park'N Fly worked like a clock!
This time everything was spot on (maybe I was lucky, because sometimes in the past service was not like that, but I hope these are true improvements)
Upon arrival transfer was there, headed straight to the airport. On my way back I got a transfer quickly (in the past this was the main hurdle, as sometimes I needed to wait for more than one van as they would fill up quickly), and my car was there promptly waiting when I went out from the shuttle van.

Staff members are very professional and welcoming. Parking and shuttle were extremely convenient. Finally, the parking fee is very good.

Everything here works as expected. They have a great system and we’ve used it twice with no hiccups.

Close to airport and price good

The only complaint I have is about almost missing our flight. I admit we cut it short but the bus kept going around the lots picking up other passengers.

It was easy to book online, drive up scanned the QR on my phone, they told me where to park, and shuttled us to the airport. Pick up was just as easy, Tina was an absolute joy to deal with. (We ended up getting stuck in Mexico a few days longer than planned)

Love that they pick you up at your car and deliver you back to your car! The driver makes al the difference in the world too. If you get a good / friendly driver it is a great experience. The one thing that does drive me nuts is when they spend 30 minutes in the lot picking up person after person. This has only happened once and it did drive me to try the competition.
