I love the fact that the shuttle driver picks you up at your car, plus everyone from the driver to the gate attendee was incredibly friendly. Also, the text message option to simply text you "Come and get me!" was very convenient.

I love how the shuttle was right there when I parked my car and the driver gathered my luggage from my car. Also, I was dropped off at the door of the airlines that I was leaving from. And the same great service when I returned.
I had previously left my car there, and I used the text feature to announce my arrival. It didn't work and when I arrived at the facility, my car was buried in the parking lot and I had to wait quite some time. This time, I used the text feature and my driver (Rinh) called in addition to my text to announce my arrival so that my car was at the curb, waiting for me when I got there. Rinh was also exceptionally friendly and helpful. He greeted my grandson and I with a big smile and warm welcome -- very kind.
