I booked parking online ahead of time and was greeted at the gate with instruction on where to park. The shuttle was waiting for me at the designated space and someone helped load my bags. It was a very quick process to get to the terminal. When I returned back from my travel, I called the number on the card provided and the shuttle arrived in less than 10 minutes and took me right back to my vehicle. Great service.

I was forced to cancel my reservation, but the staff made even that easy and fast. I liked the close proximity to the airport. I will likely call again when I am again able to travel.

You have great people working this lot. The only suggestion i have is your reader. They really are not set up to read a QR code. There is a bar code reader which i am now told also reads the QR code.

Your employees are so nice and helpful. Buses are clean. My only complaint would be when you arrive at parking lot give the customer a few minutes to prepare for their flight. Its great they are right there to get you but sometimes the customer just needs to get their stuff together.

The whole process was really smooth! Both drivers were kind. Although Lonnie (Lenny?) was definitely our favorite. Will definitely be using this for future trips!
