Great staff, shuttles came quickly, love the lady who picked me up and directed me on how to get out, I like the person that checked me in as I had prepaid very nice young man. I thought the lady who picked me up at the airport was extremely nice and very helpful and immediately jumped up to put my luggage in the trunk. As a senior citizen it doesn't get much better than that. I will be having another trip here shortly and I will be booking. I especially like the idea that we can call the shuttle when we get our luggage and are waiting
