I liked the reminder that was texted to me a couple of days prior to the date of service which included a link that had the scan bar embedded it in which gave me access for going through the gate.

I also liked that the shuttle bus was immediately sent to my parking space to pick me up and take me to the airport.

I loved the return process that I could readily see the shuttle bus for Park N Fly as soon as I walked outside of the airport. It was right there.

I could not have asked for better service. Thank you. I have used this service several times before so I already knew the service was reliable. I will keep coming back as needed.

The dropping of the car and picking up was super easy. You are asked to provide the last digits of the ticket# when you call for pickup on return and the car is parked near the shuttle drop off area. After spending 15 1/2 in flight, it took me less than 10 min to get to my car and drive away. The shuttle service to and from the airport was fast and the drivers were helpful with the luggage. The parking garage itself is nice. I would park here for the safety of my car and for the service.

price very good. The shuttle drivers are so courteous and willing to help if needed. Also, there is always someone in the office 24/7 if needed.
We inadvertently took someone 's luggage when we exited the shuttle and was able to return theirs and get ours back within no time thanks to the lady working there.
No other way to go!!!
