The car wash was not working
They were on time my car was waiting for me when I got back from my trip.
We like Park N Fly Cleveland because they are very responsive when we arrive at their lot and they are ready to pick us up at our car just after parking our car. When we arrive back at Hopkins Airport; the shuttle is there ready to pick us up and bring us to our car. The shuttle drivers are very helpful with assistance with our luggage and are helpful to remind us if we have everything when picking us up at our car. We are very pleased and we have not had any problems with Park N Fly over the years.

Easy to book, prompt pick up and drop off by drivers, friendly drivers, and easy to exit. Only confusing thing is if you park in the uncovered lot it is not marked well that you must exit via the parking ramp.
