I like the close proximity to ATL airport. I especially like the discount I get by joining PNF and making a reservation. What I would like better is to know where empty parking spaces are because your lot is usually quite full and driving around looking for a space is time consuming.
One thing I would really appreciate it getting a receipt from the exit machine showing the amount I paid for my time there. In the past, if I make a reservation, the only record of my reservation is on my phone or computer. What I get when I check out is a blank copy showing no money amount. I really need a hard copy. And I always have to a person assist me with getting my barcode to go through when I exit. Also, one of the reasons I chose PNF is the car wash. It was not operating on September 23, 2022 as is the case occasionally.

My first experience with Park ‘N Fly Plus was surprisingly carefree, which cannot be said about flying or renting cars these days. The service was seemless, from car door to airport in no time. Very easy to catch the shuttle upon arrival at the airport as well. Overall, this was as convenient, if not more so, than parking in the economy lot at ATL.
